EFFECTIVE USE OF ASSESSMENTS IN YOUR ORGANIZATION
This presentation will provide information on the proper use of assessments within the HR department's processes. Voss Graham will show us the different types of assessments and how to effectively choose the correct tool for a specific objective.
Introduction to the Basics of Assessments: The Need for Objectivity in a Subjective World will cover topics such as culture and climate, TEAMS, sales and marketing, using surveys, and 360 degree-feedback on the organizational level. On the individual level, Voss will discuss several instruments that may be helpful in your organization--DISC, Selling Skills Index, IQ ranking, Reading and Math proficiency, to name a few. He will tie these assessments to several needs in the HR world: hiring and selection, succession planning, performance management, team building, and coaching/mentoring/counseling.
Voss W. Graham is currently the CEO and Senior Business Advisor for InnerActive Consulting Group, Inc. based in Memphis, TN where he as been in business for 20 years.
He is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), as well as several other certifications related to performance analysis.
Voss is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a past president of the National Speakers Association--TN Chapter. He has authored a book, "Three Games of Selling" as well as numerous articles on leadership, assessments, sales and communication.
